THRIVE! is led by dogbiz founders Veronica Boutelle and Gina Phairas, with coaching support from Tia Guest and member support from Delphi Colman. Together, they bring decades of experience in dog training, business strategy, coaching, and running dog-industry businesses. 

THRIVE! Pro is $65/month, billed quarterly, or $715/year, which gives you one month free.

Your rate stays locked in for as long as you remain a member, even if prices increase later.

THRIVE! Pro is a 12-month commitment, and that’s intentional.

Meaningful business change takes time. A full year gives you space to put ideas into practice, see what works, adjust, and keep building. It also helps us protect one of the things members value most about Pro: a connected, consistent community of R+ trainers who show up for themselves and each other.

It varies, but most members stay at least a full curriculum year, and a large percentage remain for several years. They stay to keep building and refining their businesses, protect the progress they’ve made, and continue benefiting from the support and camaraderie of the community.

No. The Hub, including recordings and curriculum materials, is available to active THRIVE! members only.

Absolutely. There’s no extra charge for business partners to participate in THRIVE! together.
