No. We’re dog trainers who have been teaching business to fellow dog trainers for over 20 years. We’re not here to drown you in theory or jargon. This is about making sense of your business in a practical way, so you can walk away thinking, “Okay, I know what to do next.”
You might want to prepare a few Kongs for the pups so you can focus, but otherwise there’s no prep needed. Just show up, bring something to take notes on, and be ready to think honestly about your business. That’s where the real value tends to come from.
That’s actually the perfect place to start. Most trainers don’t have one obvious problem. It’s usually something quieter and harder to spot. We’ll help you figure out what’s really going on and where to put your focus to fix it.
