All the details you need for your sessions are in your Hub calendar and in your Tuesday emails.

Hub calendar: Click the ‘Calendar’ card on the Hub homepage, then locate and click on the session you would like to join. You will find the Zoom link in each calendar entry.

Tuesday emails: Each week you will get an email that outlines the upcoming session. It will have 2 buttons: one takes you straight to the Hub calendar to find your link and another opens a folder containing your worksheets.

Click on the Zoom link within the calendar entry for that session in your Hub.
(Top Tip: Each type of session has a unique Zoom link–  be sure to click the link inside of the Hub calendar entry for the session you’re wanting to attend.)

The regular Thursday THRIVE! teaching sessions and all BONUS sessions are recorded and available for replay in the Hub. Some members choose to record their Member-Led HIVE! Rooms and these are uploaded to the Hub also. Everything else remains unrecorded unless specified otherwise.
(Top Tip: The calendar entry for each session will tell you whether it will be recorded.)

All members are invited to attend any Office Hour to ask any biz-related question and get feedback from a coach and your fellow attendees. The coach will ask you to type your Q into the chat pod at the beginning of the session, and will then create a list of Q’s to work through. You can also bring work-in-progress for feedback, get help brainstorming a project, or just get a coach’s help figuring out your next best step. Don’t have a specific question for the coach? You are most welcome to simply join and ‘lurk’ for ideas or inspiration, or just hang out while you get some work done.

(Top Tip: We suggest having your question and any related documents or links, ready at the start of the session since these can get busy and the coach may not be able to squeeze in latecomers.)

We will share these in the chat pod at the beginning of each session. If you are watching the recording in the Hub, you will find them under the ‘attachments’ tab below the media player.

These will be in your Tuesday emails, and we will share them again in the chat pod during the session. If you are watching the recording in the Hub, you will find all resources for that session under the ‘attachments’ tab.
You can also download them from the ‘Worksheets’ card on the Hub homepage. They are available from the 1st of each month. 

(Top Tip: we will share them at the beginning of each session but we highly recommend downloading or printing them ahead of time so you’re ready to rock n’ roll)

Yes! In fact we actively encourage you to do so, so you don’t miss a THRIVE! beat. Follow this link to get instructions for Google Calendar and iCal users. If you choose not to sync, please note that the THRIVE! Calendar defaults to US eastern times.
(Top Tip: Syncing your calendar will automatically change all session times into your own timezone – nice!)

If you would like to change your login information for the THRIVE! Hub you can do that by clicking on your profile icon in the top right hand corner of the Hub homepage.

Yes, please! Members are welcome to host their own HIVE! Rooms to share their expertise or experience on a particular topic, or to pull the Hive mind together for a good brainstorm or problem solve. You can find guidance on how to lead a Room, and submit your proposed Room, using this form. Once submitted, Delphi will be in touch to finalize details before adding your Room to the THRIVE! Calendar.

Our Pro member-only FB group is for the community to share, seek, or offer advice and feedback on business-related discussions. Training-related or case-specific questions will be removed. Please help us continue to nurture this safe community space by respecting the guidelines we have in place on the FaceBook page. You can find these under ‘Group Rules’. If you are unsure or you have any concerns, you are welcome to reach out to the admins for support.

The 12-month THRIVE! program will earn you 24 juicy CEU’s with CCPDT, IAABC, PPG, & KPA. Keep a record of the CEU words given during each session and simply await an email from us towards the end of the year with submission instructions.
(Top Tip: You must submit the full set of secret words to obtain your CEUs.)

The answer to this question will depend on your individual workstyle, your other commitments, and your goals and the speed at which you wish or need to reach them. We see the most success from members who allocate a minimum of 3 hours per week to work on THRIVETIME! and the implementation of ideas.

Everyone THRIVES! differently and there is no obligation to follow the curriculum in ‘real time’. Your best next step is to bring this question to an Office Hour so a coach can help you identify a way forward or strategy to reactivate your THRIVE! mojo, depending on your individual goals.

THRIVE! Rooms: An interactive, discussion-based deep dive into a particular topic. (Not recorded.)

Hive Cafe Days: A virtual cafe where you can drop in and out as you wish to co-work with fellow THRIVERS! and coaches. (Not recorded.)

Member-Led HIVE! Rooms: Members host their own Rooms on a topic or discussion point. (Sometimes recorded.)

Get It DONE! Sessions: A power hour of guided implementation time to–you guessed it– get things done! (Not recorded.)

Member-Led Get It DONE! Sessions: Extra co-working time to get things done in the company of other motivated Hive members. (Not recorded.)

Chart Your Course Sessions: A chance to orientate yourself on the THRIVE! map at the beginning of the year and plan your journey based on your business stage. (Recorded.)
